Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the HastyBoost website https://www.hasty-boost.com (the “Service”) operated HastyBoost Productions PR (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Acceptance and Compliance
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Data protection during payment
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Payment card information is never available to the merchant. 3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers - AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in the 3D-Secure protection, guaranteeing customers the security of their purchases. Customers' payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption. PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level of merchants and customers. From 2005 to today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant's point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as later storage of that data
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, including but not limited to your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.You represent and warrant that:You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase.The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties to facilitate the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected fraud.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings. Products or services on the Service may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and correct errors at any time without prior notice.
Members Area Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose it to third parties. Notify us immediately upon any breach of security or unauthorized account use.
Customer Duties
HastyBoost is not associated with Valve Corporation or any unauthorized entity. By using our Service, you agree not to infringe on intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HastyBoost and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
Refund Policy
HastyBoost offers a "no-questions-asked" full refund to all its customers within 14 Days from the purchase date for "agent" services, but only if the service has not started yet, or the Booster wasn't assigned to your order. While for the Accounts Refunds are not eligible once the Details has been shared to the customer. The refund time frame is between 3 - 5 Business Days, with a 10% transaction fee deducted from the refund amount.
1.1a In-Game Boosting Services
Due to the nature of our products, which are non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the service has commenced. However, if the service has not yet started, you are eligible to request a full refund. Please note Global Payment Methods such as Stripe, AllSecure and other would charge additional transaction fees. Therefore, an estimate of a 10% transaction fee would be deducted from the refund amount.
1.2a Steam Services
Please note that once you place the order for a Steam Services, our Delivery will automatically send a notification to the Booster, and it is most likely executed within 1 Hour or immediately after the purchase.
If a customer requests a refund before the order execution, we are able to provide it with a 10% transaction fee included.
If a customer requests a refund after the order has been successfully executed, we are no longer eligible to provide any refund amounts.
1.3a Account Products
Please note that for the "Accounts" we have a strict refund policy. If a customer places the Account Order and receives the Account Details via Email, we are no longer eligible to provide any refund amount.
Please note that since Faceit actively fights with the boosted Accounts, the Verification itself has 7 Day Warranty. After that time, we are not responsible for the Verification Status. If the Verification gets "Revoked" and asked for Re-verification Selfie we may or may not be able to re-verify the Account again. If our suppliers are able to re-verify the account again, they would ask for a $15 additional charge for reverification service.
1.4a CS2 Commendations
Please note that for the "CS2 Commends" we have a strict refund policy. If a customer places a Commends Order and instantly receives Details via Email, we are no longer eligible to provide any refund amount.
If there are any inaccuracies with the Commend Code, we will double check it, and if it turns out that the Commend Code is invalid, we will replace the Code matching your purchase Order.
1.5a Deranking, FPS Boost and Coaching Services
Please note that for these types of services, we are only eligible to provide a refund if the service hasn't started. In case of refund request, be aware that there would be a -10% Transaction fee on the total refund amount.

Acceptable Payment Methods
Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: with payment cards - VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, PayOp, Bank Transfers, CoinGate (Crypto Transfer), G2A Gift Cards, Kinguin Gift Cards, Skrill Manual Transfer that support payment via the Internet. Payment by card is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Raiffeisen Bank and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card. After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose. The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In the event that the payment is not completed, that is, the amount is not removed from the account within 14 days of accepting your order, the order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiry of the period of 14 days, the money reserved in your account is released and will be available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them. Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet. Ard associations. Payment Conversion Currency Statements
1.1b PayOp - Note that all payments will be affected in the EUR Currency.

If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. Once when transaction is settled the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site (estimated +- 0.3%).
1.6b Skrill (Manual Transfer) - Note that all payments will be affected in the EUR or USD currencies.
1.7b Stripe - Note that all payments will be affected in EUR/USD Currencies.
