Customers order boost can be activated or paused anytime he wants to do it. But he needs to inform at least 30 minutes before doing so.
You can pay via 4 payment methods which are: PayPal, Skrill, Credit / Debit Cards G2A / PAY or CS:GO Steam Skins.
If you decide to pay with 'Skins' your order price will be +25% more expensive, regarding the transaction fees and trade cooldown.
Please make sure that your Skins are not on Steam Trade Cooldown before ordering.
Customers can pay full price before the boost, or 50% before the order and 50% when we are on half-way completing the order.
All transactions on the site are protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Your Payment Data is 100% secured and safe.
If the customer pays for the order and suddenly wants to cancle it - before we started the process, we can issue 100% price refund.
If the customer pays for the order and we already started our process, we can issue 50% refund.
1.4. Solo (Account Sharing) orders
Solo Queue is an option, where you will provide us account details - Account Name, Password and Steam Guard Code.
If you use Steam Mobile Authentificator, you will have to be available every time our booster wants to access the account.
If you don't want to be asked for the Mobile Guard Code, you can simply provide us 5 or 10 Backup Codes, which are gonna active for next 5 days. Mobile Backup Codes are exactly the same like the Steam mobile 10 seconds ones.
Q. Where do i find backup codes?
A. For Desktop users you can go to - Steam > Settings > Account tab > Manage Steam Guard Security > Generate Backup Codes.
1.5 Region Related Concerns
Our service offers CS:GO boosts worldwide. For Europe and North America we can provide both Solo or Duo without problem - because we have both European and North American boosters ready.
For other regions we can either provide only Solo Boosting mode or you can join our lobby and play with EU or NA Booster , but keep in mind that your ping is going to be over 100.
1.6. Duo / Lobby (Self-play) orders
If you decide to take Duo / Lobby Queue order you need to follow the rules which are:
- no trolling / being toxic to teammates.
- not talking about boost during the game.
- use of in-game voice chat for calls and information.
- doesn't expect to win every single game, W/L ratio will be 85% +
- every boost will be completed no matter what, if not completed as expected it will be in the next day.
(reasons: cheaters, trolls, other boosters, smurfs - it happens, but rarely).
Please inform our support agents your week schedule for playing. If not, boosters will prioritze other orders instead of yours.
Playing ranked / competitive games during boosting service is prohibited and can end in the cancellation of your order.
1.7. Payment Frauds
All proofs of delivery and information will be saved and fullfilled in order to prevent chargeback attempts.
1.8. Skill level and in-game Experience of our Boosters
All members of our team provide legal boosting, this means no cheats or any other third-party software will be used.
They work under contract and we do not hire weak or random-unknown players to do customers orders.
Boosters experience is minimum 2700 Elo on Faceit , Rank G on ESEA and Global Elite in Valves Matchmaking.
1.9. Private Boosting (for Boosters and Customers)
Make sure you only talk to our support agents about boost. Don't accept any contacts that are fake-representing our service.
Any type of private boost, which is against of the our company intrests - is prohibited and can end in the cancellation of your order.
If any of our booster offers you private boosting, make sure you report him to our support agents and we will make sure he gets permanently removed from our websites' member list, you will also get appropriate reward for helping us.
If you are a Booster, and you offered private boosting to customer you will get permanent removal from website without returning back.
1.10. Website Store Querries
When you buy 'Desired Rank' via our Store, your 'Current Rank' needs to be in range withing your Desired Rank.
For example: You bought 'Global Elite' Rank, your current rank should be 'Supreme Master First Class'
You can buy multiple 'Desired Ranks' but the most important thing is to Add every 'Desired Rank' in the Cart.
