If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, including but not limited to your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.

Members Area Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose it to third parties. Notify us immediately upon any breach of security or unauthorized account use.
Customer Duties
HastyBoost is not associated with Valve Corporation or any unauthorized entity. By using our Service, you agree not to infringe on intellectual property rights. Once a purchase is marked as “In Progress,” you are no longer eligible for a refund. If the service is not completed, you may receive store credit.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HastyBoost and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
Refund Policy
1.1 Boosting and Other Services
Due to the nature of our products (non-tangible digital goods), we do not offer refunds after the service has started. If the service has not started, you may request a full refund or store credit.
1.2 Faceit / CS2 Accounts & Profiles
Refunds are not possible after login details are sent to your email. We can replace an account with another of similar price if desired.
Faceit Accounts - Ownership
All the Faceit Accounts that are displayed in the Account Market Section are truly ours, created and registered by our own team. We do not resell the Faceit Accounts from random people over the internet that may compromise its security.
Faceit Verification Status Warranty
Both for Steam and Faceit Accounts we offer a lifetime warranty.
For the Faceit Verification Status, please be aware that we offer a maximum warranty of 7 days. This limited warranty is due to changes implemented by Faceit in 2024. Faceit has introduced a new security system which may require accounts to be re-verified if they are flagged for violating their Terms and Conditions.
