Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the HastyBoost website https://hasty-boost.com (the “Service”) operated by HastyBoost LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Acceptance and Compliance
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, including but not limited to your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that:
You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase.
The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties to facilitate the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected fraud.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings. Products or services on the Service may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and correct errors at any time without prior notice.

Members Area Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose it to third parties. Notify us immediately upon any breach of security or unauthorized account use.

Customer Duties
HastyBoost is not associated with Valve Corporation or any unauthorized entity. By using our Service, you agree not to infringe on intellectual property rights. Once a purchase is marked as “In Progress,” you are no longer eligible for a refund. If the service is not completed, you may receive store credit.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HastyBoost and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Refund Policy

HastyBoost offers a "no-questions-asked" full refund to all its customers within 14 days from the purchase date for "agent" services, if the service has not started yet, or the booster wasn't assigned to your order.  While for the Accounts Refunds are not eligible once the Details has been shared to the customer.
 

1.1 Boosting and All Other Services (except Accounts)
Due to the nature of our products, which are non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the service has commenced. However, if the service has not yet started, you are eligible to request a full refund. Please note that a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

1.2 Faceit / CS2 Accounts & Profiles
Refunds are not available once login details have been sent to your email. However, if you are dissatisfied, we can replace your account with another of similar value.

1.2a Faceit Accounts - Ownership
All Faceit Accounts listed in the Account Market Section are authentically ours, created and registered by our team. We do not resell Faceit Accounts from unverified sources on the internet, ensuring the security of each account.

1.2b Faceit Verified Status Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty for both Steam and Faceit Accounts. However, for the Faceit Verified Status, our warranty is valid for a maximum of 7 days.

If your Account's Verification Status is revoked and prompts for re-verification, we may provide this service for approximately $10-15, or offer a Free Replacement Verified new Faceit Account instead.

Certain accounts, such as those labeled "faceit ready," may be eligible for a lifetime warranty. Please verify the warranty status with our support team before purchasing the "Fresh" accounts to ensure you have the protection you need.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

Governing Law
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding our Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice. Continuing to access or use our Service after revisions indicates your agreement to be bound by the revised terms.
