Terms & Conditions

1.1. Customers Order
Your order is only about Counter Strike 2 Game boost, and our assistance for your gameplay and coaching.
Hastyboost provides boosting services and online coaching assistance related to the game CS2.
Customers Boosting orders can be activated, paused or cancel anytime he wants to do it. But he needs to inform at least 30 minutes before doing so. However, there are certain rules when it comes down to canceling Boosting Order before and after starting it. Please refer to Return and Refund Policy for more information.

1.2. Payments
Customers using can checkout/make payment via : Stripe (credit/debit cards) , Bank Transfer, Skrill, Skins , Crypto-currencies,  Paysafe card , Bank Transfers and more. For additional options please contact our support agents via
If a customer decides to pay with steam skins, their order price will be +30% more expensive, regarding the transaction fees and trade cooldown.
New customers are also eligible to pay 50% before starting their Boosting Order, and 50% after half way done. (This doesn't include Accounts for sale).
All transactions on the site are protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Customer Payment Data is 100% secured and safe.

1.3. Refund and Return Policy
  1.3A - Boosting and Coaching Orders
If the customer pays for the order and suddenly wants to cancle it (for various reasons) - before we started the process, we can issue 100% price refund.
If the customer pays for the order and we already started our process,  we can  issue a maximum of 50% Refund.
Customers have a 14 days Refund Policy upon confirming the terms and condition of buying our products. Any request for a refund after that period of time will not be included in the Refund & Return policy agreement.
   1.3B - Faceit / ESEA Account Orders

If the customer purchases one of our Account products and successfuly logs into it (steam , faceit or esea) and afterwards requests for the refund we will not be able to provide it. 
If the customer did not log in to any of the accounts neither played any matches and requests for the money return, we will be able to provide a full refund.
If the customer did play matches and after days/weeks/months decides to receive a part of the payment back for his current rank/level, we would be able to re-buy it back through this form  , where we we would need the exactly the same login details at they were previously sold with. Within this process we would be paying 50% of the account's total sale price, the same day when it gets sold.

1.4a. Shipping Policy
Nothing is shipped physically as all of our products are only marked as Digital Goods. We offer only virtual shipment through Customers E-Mail Addresses. Rows in the Checkout Page asking for Address/Postal Code is for Security reasons as it can identify your payment gateway.

1.5 Region Related Concerns
Our service offers CS:GO boosts worldwide. For Europe and North America we can provide both Solo or Duo/Lobby methods.
For other regions we can either provide only Solo Boosting mode or you can join our lobby and play with EU or NA Booster , but keep in mind that your ping is going to be over 100. For us this will not be an issue as we will certainly finish all orders on time and successfully.

1.6. Duo / Lobby (Self-play) orders
If you decide to take Duo / Lobby Queue order please follow these rules:
      - no trolling / being toxic to any of your teammates.
      - you are not allowed to play without the booster during your order progress.

      - not talking about boost during the game.
      - use of in-game voice chat for calls and information.
      - doesn't expect to win every single game,  Win/Loss ratio will be over 90%+  (If we lose a game, you will get an extra win, e.g - 5 Wins boost              can be done as 5 wins in a row or 6 wins and 1 loss etc.)
      - every boost will be completed no matter what, if not completed as expected it will be in the next day.
             (reasons:  cheaters, trolls, other boosters, smurfs - it happens, but rarely).

Please inform our support agents your week schedule for playing. If not, boosters will prioritze other orders instead of yours. 
Playing ranked / competitive games during boosting service is prohibited and can end in the cancellation of your order.

1.8. Skill level and in-game Experience of our Boosters
All members of our team provide legal boosting, this means no cheats or any other third-party software will be used.
They work under contract and we do not hire weak or random-unknown players to do customers orders.
Boosters experience is minimum 2700 Elo on Faceit , Rank G on ESEA and Global Elite in Valves Matchmaking.
