
Refund Policy
HASTYBOOST PRODUCTIONS PR. offers a "no-questions-asked" full refund to all its customers within 14 Days from the purchase date for "agent" services, but only if the service has not started yet, or the Booster wasn't assigned to your order. While for the Accounts Refunds are not eligible once the Details has been shared to the customer. The refund time frame is between 3 - 5 Business Days, provided to the original payment method used for ordering, with a -10% transaction fee deducted from the total refund amount.
1.1a In-Game Boosting Services
Due to the nature of our products, which are non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the service has commenced. However, if the service has not yet started, you are eligible to request a full refund. Please note Global Payment Methods such as Stripe, AllSecure and other would charge additional transaction fees. Therefore, an estimate of a 10% transaction fee would be deducted from the refund amount.
1.2a Steam Services
Please note that once you place the order for a Steam Services, our Delivery will automatically send a notification to the Booster, and it is most likely executed within 1 Hour or immediately after the purchase.
If a customer requests a refund before the order execution, we are able to provide it with a 10% transaction fee included.
If a customer requests a refund after the order has been successfully executed, we are no longer eligible to provide any refund amounts.
1.3a Account Products
Please note that for the "Accounts" we have a strict refund policy. If a customer places the Account Order and receives the Account Details via Email, we are no longer eligible to provide any refund amount.
Please note that since Faceit actively fights with the boosted Accounts, the Verification itself has 7 Day Warranty. After that time, we are not responsible for the Verification Status. If the Verification gets "Revoked" and asked for Re-verification Selfie ournay or may not be able to re-verify the Account again. If they are they would charge additional re-verification for $15 Eur of a additional cost.
1.4a CS2 Commendations
Please note that for the "CS2 Commends" we have a strict refund policy. If a customer places a Commends Order and instantly receives Details via Email, we are no longer eligible to provide any refund amount.
If there are any inaccuracies with the Commend Code, we will double check it, and if it turns out that the Commend Code is invalid, we will replace the Code matching your purchase Order.
1.5a Deranking, FPS Boost and Coaching
Please note that for these types of services, we are only eligible to provide a refund if the service hasn't started. In case of refund request, be aware that there would be a -10% Transaction fee on the total refund amount.
