Refund Policy

HastyBoost offers a "no-questions-asked" full refund to all its customers within 14 days from the purchase date for "agent" services, if the service has not started yet, or the booster wasn't assigned to your order. 
While for the Accounts Refunds are not eligible once the Details has been shared to the customer.
 

1.1 Boosting Services
Due to the nature of our products, which are non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the service has commenced. However, if the service has not yet started, you are eligible to request a full refund. Please note that a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

1.1a Steam Services

Please note that once you place the order for a Steam Services, our delivery is automatically sent to the Booster, and it is most likely executed within 1 to 3 hours.

If a customer requests a refund before the order execution, we are able to provide it with a 5-7% transaction fee included.

If a customer requests a refund after the order has been successfully executed, we are no longer eligible to provide it.

Refunds are expected within 24 hours to be cleared, HastyBoost cannot affect the speed of credit company issued refund, it totally depends on the speed of your bank. If you didn’t receive a refund after that 1-4 business days, please get in touch with our customer support via chat, discord, or email - we will cooperate with you to resolve it.​
